Eating Healthy

Please share your favorite "Healthy" receipes; food or drinks!!!
One of mine is Kale Chips:
1 group of Kale, leafs cut off of the veins and pulled apart into bite sized pieces and put into a large ziploc bag. Then I drizzle them with olive oil and shake to coat all leaves. Put onto a cookie sheet then sprinkle sea salt (sometimes Garlic powder too) and bake at 350 on middle rack until crisp (usually 20 min).

  1. I just recently tried the Kale Chips and I love them... mine always end up kind of burnt? is that normal?

    A new fav recipe of mine :)

    1 bag shelled edamame
    1 rinsed can of black beans or 1 whole cucumber
    as much pico as you like (i hate measuring)
    and squeeze lemon over top

    So delish and full of protein!!

      Try moving the baking rack up one more level or turning the oven down to 325 degrees. I've had to adjust as I've gone along. The edamame sounds awesome, thanks for sharing :-)
