Exercising

What is your excercise of choice???  Do you have a daily workout routine???

  1. Okay so for about 2 weeks now I've been doing the following.....I know I need to add Cardio but I just wanted to share.
    30 Jumping Jacks
    10 Push-ups (or modified push-ups)
    20 High Knees
    10 Crunches
    10 V-crunches (don't let your back or feet touch the ground & keep your chin up)
    10 Squats
    10 Forward Lunges
    10 Backward Lunges
    10 Overhead tricep pullups with 10lb. weight
    10 Tricep pulldowns with band
    10 Bicep pullups with band
    Repeat 3 times......
