I've decided to create a page just for food & drinks recipes.......I know for me it makes it easier to cook healthy if I have a receipe, so please share your's!!!  Remember....Eat Right!!!

  1. Here is a recipe for a Protein Drink I came across that is really good.....
    1.5 Scoops of Whey Protein powder
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    2 Tbsp. Shredded Coconut
    2 drops of Stevia
    4 oz. water
    Put in blender and blend until smooth (doesn't take long) if you have fresh blueberries then you will need to add ice before blending. Let me know what you think!!!

    1. Just an FYI...I didn't really care for the shredded coconut and I also tried Strawberries, which were yummy!
